OCEAN CITY - Deron Legette tossed his daughter, Serenity, up in the air over and over again, indulging the 1-year-old in a common father-toddler game. He lofted her above his dreadlocks, her purple sandals adorned with glittery butterflies level with his eyes, before catching thegiggling child as she fell back into his arms.
